Toronto’s king of clubs turns to hotels
Nightclub mogul Charles Khabouth ventures into real estate a hotel/condominium development — just when the market may be heading down. Will it work?

The Guv isnt what it used to be anymore. Times change and the man is realizing that.
From my last appearance, it's becoming more prestige internally but that'll take some time. The market is hurting at the moment, for real.
He's a true business man. If your already rich the next pointer is to get even more richer, I'd be thinking the same way :D He clearly understand's that.

Sort of like the Palms in Vegas, now that be something.
I have a feeling the condos would have to be more below all the mayhem and have the hotel on top of the condos and so on with the club. |

I agree. Like people have said before, he's a great business man and I think he's preparing for when Guv is no more. |
