having problems with cue files

i have sets that i want to burn to cd with no gaps in between the tracks, so of course that's where the cue files come into play. i made these cue files myself a couple years ago and they worked fine. i've backed them up to a data dvd awhile back, which was a good call because my hard drive died last year. so i wanted to re-burn one of these mix cd's, i copy the .wav file and .cue file from my backup dvd, then i launch nero, pick burn an image, then point to the cue file. it comes back with error on line 7. i tried several different cue files and they all get the same error, some of them referring to other line #'s though. i don't see anything wrong syntax-wise or otherwise. the wav file and cue file are in the same directory together and the filename matches what it says it should be in the cue file, but i've also tried putting the full filepath in the cue file as well and it made no difference as the same error came up. so i uninstalled nero and tried roxio, went to burn an image and point to the cue file, then click the record button and i get a general error saying it can't burn the cd. again i tried multiple cue/wav files with roxio as well, they all come back with a general error. here is one of the cue files:

| I put your .CUE file through a .CUE analyser and it said that you have taste in music. |

CUE timings are defined as follows: MM:SS:FF
MM = Minutes
SS = Seconds
FF = Frames
Frames can only be 01-74.
On line 7 you have 78 frames. This is bad.
On line 13 you have 86 frames. This is bad.
On line 23 you have 85 frames. This is bad.
On line 29 you have 77 frames. This is bad.
I hope you can use this information to fix some more of your household appliances. |
