You know, ive learned to chop, dice and do other cool things with a knife with pretty decent speed but it still takes me a while to prepare some of my favourite meals (what does it say about me when my favourite foods have no meat and tons of vegetables in them :( i fail as a human being), this would probably half the prep time for those.
