My iPod is busted, any advice or quick fixes?

| My iPod Nano is still playing music and wont stop. The screen is completely white. Anything I can do about this besides just letting the battery drain and hope it works when I recharge it? |

Have you tried pressing Menu + Center buttons at the same time and holding them? While moving the 'Hold' switch to on and off.
