I bet the loophole in this is that if it's a restaurant within a private business structure such as a hotel, it's permitted to be on another floor. If not, I want to see them shut down that CN tower restaurant.

IMO any parent who allows their 12 year old to go out clubbing is idiotic, but that's besides the point..

Dumb that they are trying, but there is too much tax revenue coming from those restaurants for this to actually pass IMO. (or at least that part)
