| I like that our society has gotten to the point where we'd go "oh mac and dennis go to dave and busters, damn that must be a cool place" when mac and dennis are about the least worthwhile and probably some of the worst human beings not committing war-crimes out there. |

Did you actually see that episode? It had absolutely nothing do with how "cool" Dave & Busters is. |

they've done coors ad implants before. like when (during the dave and busters thread, coincidentally) mac and dennis interview and inevitably fire everyone from the bar- they ask dee to make them a drink, she grabs a coors, dennis asks her to make a mojito and she says "but look! cold activated bottle! the mountains are all blue and !" or whatever
same difference. meh, tv shows need their sponsoring and funding from somewhere. it doesn't bother me unless it gets in-your-face annoying.
and this episode was good but i'm waiting for it to get wrapped up in the next episode. it IS to be continued, i assume? otherwise that was just a lame-ass ending. |

yeah dee got pregnant in real life too so they filmed with that in mind.
and who didn't see the divorce coming in episode 2 lol
i know that there are little advertising plugs here and there but it was never bad - that one instance when they drank coors...who knows if it was even sponsored. they were practically making fun of it. also they used to always drink bottles of beer with a made up label. now it seems like they'll only be drinking coors, always be drinking coors. as one of the first commercials stated "coors light, the official beer of it's always sunny" or some like that. i'm telling you...this is at lot worse. make it stop. |
