Reason+Record Duo-> Final Mixing/Mastering?

I am very new with all this mastering and final polishing/final mixing of the songs. I'm only very resent get my first tracks/songs ready (earlier I only had many many short loops).

So, I would love to get some hints and tips about the final mixing?
-Do you have some routine you do when you create a song in Reason/Record? Like do you set the drum volume always the same level and bass volume always the same level as in your earlier songs?

-How about the vocals?

-How you know that the song will sound good + powerful even in a big club/disco/event? And not like the vocal is the only thing that is loud or the music...?
I mean, can you trust your own monitors + headphones (I know you should always listen the track in many different monitors, but still I think in a club or disco the monitors + the space is so much different)?

-Or anyone knows are the any reliable people who will do the mastering part + what is the price for that?
