Wurd ! how well u know Mk2 GTi's, famous for the weakness around the door locks, I used to own a Mk2 VW Golf GTi a few years back and had the locks on that armour plated on the inside to prevent scum breaking into it that way.
The car in question is a Renault 19 16V phase 1, i posted a few pics of it a while back when i first got it, the new project after the civic i bought, modded and then sold.
The reason Swamper wants to see it so bad is cos it has the TA bug and tranceaddict.com on the back screen, same design i had on the civic.
My digital camera ed up so i got a mate to take some pics of it for swamper, but i never got them, so a couple of weeks back i bought a new digital camera, so when the car comes back with its new door locks, pics will be taken and posted and then maybe Swamper will be satisified, heh i cringe every time i see in chat . . .
. NEO ! where are the pics of that damn car ? ?
I have been promiseing them to him for so long now and do feel guilty about not getting them done for him yet.

Neo... I've been into the VW/Audi scene for many years. Here's a list of what I've owned; 1988 Scirocco 2L 16v, 1990 Mk2 GTi 1.8 8V Wolfsburg Ed., 1992 Mk2 GTi 2L 16v , 1996 Audi A4 Quattro, and now 2001 Audi TT 225 Quattro Coupe. I had my Scirocco stolen, and when it was recovered, it was totalled. My '92 GTi was broken into for the ty CD player, in which it gave me the excuse to upgrade to MP3 player. Only thing bad about the break in was the amateur broke the passenger rear glass to get in. Needless to say that was a cold ride home that night, in the middle of winter. When you get the pics sorted, send some my way... and I'll send you some of my car now, and past ones.

Hmmm who else would I like to meet? I dunno...Probably all of the UKTA's because they're really funny and cool people and I think it'd be fun to hang out with them, and that we'd get along really good.
