Portishead are the kings/queen of trip-hop. I wouldnt call em ambient at all coz some of their stuff is heavy beated and disturbing! i in love em! Dummy is one of my fave CD'z..

| hahaha no-one has heard of portishead... they are a UK trip-hop group. they rule and the lead singer has a voice like a in angel :D |

I like that new one portishead have released, can't remember name though...give me a reason, thats it, also massive attack - teardrop is one awesome track.

no one has heard of portishead? really? oh well. they've made some pretty interesting choonz.
agreed tu_face. i love the Dummy track. i also like the song Motherless Child for some reason...:D hehe. it's a really cool track. |

Seen any vid clips for them?? I saw one the other day - they filmed this chick under water then superimposed her into an alleyway. so she was floating and somersaulting with her hair going everywheres like it does in the water, only she was on the street - freaky :) :)
and then? they showed her in reverse - ever seen what ppl do in water reversed?? - scary :D :D |
