KATE SIMKO-Ghostly/Spectral Sound
- Driving, groovy, and organic, Kate Simko's music occupies a space between house and techno with an international voice that sets it apart. Artistically, Simko's background helped shape her sound into a well-rounded package.She began as a classically trained pianist, then found herself at Chicago house and Detroit techno's doorstep during the Midwest's party heyday in the 90'’s.Reflecting her background, Kate’s musical selection maintains an intelligent yet soulful character, full of funky bass lines and loose rhythms.After discovering underground dance music in her teens, Kate began DJ’ing on college radio in Chicago.As part of her degree in music, Simko ventured to Santiago, Chile, for an exchange program in 2001. There, she began a successful project with Andres Bucci, Detalles, which marked her entrance into the emerging South American minimal scene. With two Detalles albums and several years under her belt, Simko began producing solo releases, which were welcomed by labels like Spectral Sound, Kupei Musika, and Eklo. Her standout live sets at festivals and clubs around the globe have steadily built her reputation while her DJ skills earned her a spot in "Chicago’s Top 10 DJ’s" in XLR8R magazine. Her music has been featured in publications such as The Wire, XLR8R, de:Bug, Mixmag, URB, BPM, and Remix, and her Detalles project was named one of the 'Next 100' artists by URB magazine.
Past sets include Fabric in London, the Detroit Electronic Music Festival, MUTEK, Decibel Festival, Berghain in Berlin, and D-Edge in Sao Paulo. Simko’s releases have been supported by the likes of Laurent Garnier, Guy Gerber, Shonky, Tiefschwartz, Sebo K, Dyed Soundorom, Dan Curtin, Seth Troxler, and more. Kate Simko is a music lifer, committed to the craft and impressing the more savvy critics, one record at a time.

-Joint Custody was formed in 2007 when Joe Morgan and Matt Dillon (Matty) decided to join forces in the studio. In late 2007 their first single was signed to Traum Schallplatten out of Cologne, Germany. These 2 have been working hard ever since doing remix projects for Chris Fortier, Adultnapper and Mr. C. They gained more respect in 2008 with their unreleased remix of Audion's Billy Says "Go" that got play from select DJs worldwide.

- Founder of Digable Promotions,Mike made his entrance in 2001 as a resident at MARZ.He has also held residencies at some of tampa's most memorable venues such as Rain Lounge,1509,Velvet,The Falls,Illusions and Cozmos.Recently, his smooth deep house sets have set the tone for the night in front of such artists as Steve Loria,Huggy,and Derrick Carter.

- Muggles has been holding it down for Tampa's house underground since the early days of 1992, when his weekly tuesday at Tut's Pyramid cemented his role as a musical pioneer for the masses. Residencies at legendary club Simon's and appearances at every festival alongside almost all the heavyweight Dj's and live acts one could imagine, have seen him perform next to everyone from P-Funk to Laurent Garnier. Currently he is pushing the Tech-House underground forward with his productions, gigs and afterhours events with the sub_Minimal Group.

-Over the years Meeko has grown a true passion for electronic dance music. His musical tastes have evolved during this time frame, but he remains true to his roots while staying open-eared to the sounds of the future. Meeko understands that DJing is much more than simply mixing tracks together. He takes into consideration important factors such as crowd demographic, environment, and slot time to help bring his listeners a fitting "soundtrack for the moment".

-Brian started Djing in the early 1990's mainly at house parties.Since then he has played countless house parties, and quite a few clubs. Places like the Rare Olive, Luna, sleaze, Czar, the Underground, the Green Room in Ybor, the Orpheum, the Lobby, the Bank, several guest mix sets at Buddius Maximus, a few boat parties and @ WMC where he played the THM parties in 2006-2007.
