I was just arguing the fact that just because a person is employed by that industry does not automatically make them incapable of being good DJs... |

I don't know who Nikki Belucci is, and though I've noticed Christina Cruise's name on flyers quite a bit I've never seen her spin. I'm not sure if this kind of thing is common knowledge and if they would appreciate being outed in such a way, but if they had any marketing sense it would only work to their advantage. No such thing as bad publicity, right? That said, I'll probably look for a set to download sometime from both of them.
However, I may avoid seeing them just for the express purpose of not coming off as some gushing fanboy. I used to do that with Sydney Blu and I cringe at the memory of some of the I did back then. Cheers. |

She's playing herself, so it's not much of a stretch. For what it is, she's alright at it though. |

I guess a quick google would have saved me from a blond moment and see that yes, they are all about leveraging that angle. I've only seen come out at a party once in my entire life when I was much younger. It was a party at the Oz on Mercer with Frankie Knuckles and Adeva and the vibe got so frantic housers were breaking, black gays were vogueing and moving in the sickest, house/capoeira/gymnastics style I've ever witnessed, and girls danced topless on the bar driving the sexy on the meter to the stratosphere. I'd like to see Nikki Belucci and Christina Cruise help me recreate that moment. Cheers. |
