Ok well choke the guy to death instead. I dunno murder is sometimes a little lower than paying off a suit.
I dunno if avoiding patents were as simple as burning all records related to the patent and offing the guy then there would be a lot more murder around.
It is much like rippng someones song and oding them to avoid the lawsuit after it breaks it.
I'm not that type of person, and murder just ins't cool.

As stated above if murder was the end all.. you might as well just be abudcting people and feeding them to pigs after you pick their wallets for the days petty cash.
Personally why not just go in business with them if you think you can do a better job, or invest in their idea by getting on board the idea. |

No I said that murder isn't cool, but it would be the easiest way to avoid a law suit along side destroying all evidence related to it, and everyone ever in contact with the person, it is standard cover up bs, nothing new here. Personally I think taking the law suit is the only legal thing you can do. If I was a psychopath I'd recommend torturing him first to see if he is holding out on anything better...
Do note that patents may be localized so if it isn't patented world wide you could still steal the idea potentially. However you would need to look at the way each country treats patents with local and global protections. |
