Doesn’t look good given that that the company handling the administration is very experienced in corporate rescue yet they have pretty music seemingly decided Administration is the most applicable action.
Still administration in the UK is not liquidation and as such they could be hopeful that either part or all of the operation may be sold as a “going concern”. In fact it’s very common for a limited company to enter administration only to emerge as a “new” company with the same director
If any ones free tomorrow you can give them a call and express your interest in the assets and see if you can get any info on what they are planning to do.
Or even better state you are owed money as your an artist and request a report to creditors is emailed to you when available! (do submit any proof of debt forms however) |
