and i read the article, wtf. they press charges against the guy who took photos of it, possibly helping to lead to an arrest of the perpetrators. shouldn't they be going after the rapists? sure it was dumb of him to post it on facebook but those might be the only pieces of physical evidence that may solve that crime.
and how are they sure the girl who got raped in the pics was underage? dude's getting charged with child pornography but they have no evidence of such unless the girl came forward. |
