Wii games you can play one handed?

K so I need to masturbate ing CONSTANTLY but don't want to give up video games so I'm looking for any suggestions for good games I can get for my wii that only require the wiimote and not the nunchuck, anyone have any ideas?
K so my sister's boyfriend was in a huge car accident a week and a half back and he's going to be okay, but in the meantime his entire left hand is in a cast. We're trying to figure out ways for him to entertain himself besides just watching movies and we realized I have a wii and thats pretty much the only system you could use one handed (someone brought a DS today and then felt like an ). So anyways I can probably get my hands on any games that'd work but I really haven't used it in ages so I have no idea whats out there and most gaming sites don't have a 'one-handed' filter, anyone got any suggestions?

I have a wii and i and i have only played it about 10 times. It was good to start with then i found it to much effort haha.
