I totally agree with you that booking ppl like Ronnie, and Paris Hilton devalues Guv. But don't put the blame on us, just because we watch their reality tv shows. It's Guv's management/promoters or whoever that's actually paying them to make appearances there. That has nothing to do with me. I would also prefer if they stayed on TV where they belong. |

They are on TV for entertainment, and yes, they may be talentless tools making fools of themselves for the sake of fame and easy money, but don't hate on the girls here because they want to watch it. TV's a business and MTV found a winning formula so something's going right here. Sure, Jersey Shore's success may make a statement about the declining state of North American culture, but again, don't hate on our TA girls for being rubberneckers in it all.
Hopefully, I don't regret stepping in to this quagmire. Dude, you're alright despite going overboard in the heat of the moment - but, let's be civil. Cheers. |

but then aren't they part of the problem and not part of the solution?? If they want to watch it then they are only encouraging business to continue making these talentless fools. It all starts with the fans of these programs....stop watching and all of this other crap goes away. |

That's like asking what came first? The chicken or the egg? Pointless in my opinion. It's there and it is what it is. If you don't like it, don't watch it like me. If it really bothers you become a TV critic and try to persuade people to tune out and watch something else. However, the reality is there's always going to be out there and the point here is - don't hate on our TA girls. We want more here, not less. Do you like sausage parties? I think not. |

I don't hate on them for watching it (I fault them) because then I would have to hate on my wife as well...
I'm just saying that they and their fellow viewers are what keeps it on the air...
I bolded why I fault anyone who watches it...
