Tsewer Beta - Marl 1 (You'll Never Guess Mix) (2006)
A large chunk of this final part is more progressive than its predecessors...starting with a Sasha, then Nathan Fake's masterpiece remixed by James Holden. A lot of hype surrounded this release and its well deserved. 2 DJ Bia tunes here....really glorious stuff reminding me of Oliver Leib from the early 90s, cant get better praise than that.
I am not much of a vocal trance fan but had to include "Time Zone" - the duet part of this tune is sung outstandingly well. Its followed by Ofra Haza, and her haunting vocals with that heavy Middle East influence. Her story is a sad one RIP: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ofra_Haza
From here, the mix changes direction and I wont bleat on any further except to mention the breaks tune from Hybrid...a very trancey one...Clubbed to Death is based on Classical music from Elgar and combined with Hybrids piano arrangements, this for me remains one of the best ever.
Thanks for checking these out as always. |

Thanks for part 8! Will there be more after this, or will you go revisit some of the older mixes? Moving onto other projects?
Cueing up now! If you can, and/or want, could you give me the timings for each track? Would make cueing a whole lot easier/faster. PM is preferable if you don't want to give away your secrets!
Also, looking at the cues I've done so far, how am I with finding timings on my own? Some of the tracks I can't find on YouTube, or even Beatport (which is surprising) so I have to guess more often than I'd like. |

| Just thought I'd let you know, Tracks 18 and 19 were swapped. :) Took me a while to realize it, but it has been corrected in the tracklist for the cue sheet! |

Sorry for the slow reply
Yup that's a mistake in the tracklist..do you still need timings?
I think I'll possible re-release parts 1 & 2 with longers sets - but am about to move abroad so not going to have access to my kit for quite a long time so it will be a good few months away. |

Ah, that makes sense.
No need for the timings. After I figured out Tracks 18/19 were swapped, the last few tracks were easier :) |

Finally got round to re-recording part 1.
Its a lot longer, and of course only tracks from the early 90s.

| Great stuff! Is there any way you could re-upload parts 7 and 8, I missed them the first time they were up. |

So, is this a re-edit, or a full re-recording? Just curious, before I try to cue it up! :happy2:
Just got to Orbitals Halcyon from Hackers (where I first heard it, anyway). Cueing this up ASAP.
Unless you have timings handy this go-around! :p |

Thanks for your cue again!
Its a complete re-recording. Samples just about the same, though somewhat sparingly in places. |

How much space do you need? Dropbox is an option, if you want a referral link (we both get extra space that way). Then you can upgrade to a 100GB account for $10/month.
Or Copy? I think they start you with 10x of Dropbox (20GB), plus a referral bonus of 5GB. Free. :)
If you want both, feel free to e-mail/PM me! :)
As for the cue, it's done. Having some issues with logging into CueNation, though. |
