you gotta remember EDM is a big business now and Insomniac makes $$$ off of a show like this. they throw parties to make a profit, no other reason, right???
if you want underground parties/djs, there are plenty every weekend for you to go to like the events at King King, the Droog and Drumcell/Droid and Hear Harmonic parties, etc.
