the ones that were there for pvd were only there for labor day weekend. at umek there was only the projector screen. at carl cox they were there again but if you notice they are different. i think the carl cox ones were his. the labor day ones they only brought in for that weekend and were gone right after.

I see... Well perhaps Richie will come prepared since they really add a nice touch. I'm really pumped for this, the last time I came down was for Liebing at Space which was sick. Haven't been to Mansion before but from the sound of it they have improved on their shortcomings lately.

mansion is miles ahead of where it was a few years ago. but its still not perfect. the sound is still somewhat hollow but thats because its such a big room. hell even at priviledge its not perfect. the vip still does take up the best real estate but atleast they made it somewhat smaller that you can still enjoy yourself.
its not perfect, but its not a horror story how it used to be either. hope you enjoy.

The last set I heard was 10/30/10, which was really cool as it was a live stream on Ustream.tv from Magazzini Generali (sp?). Dropped some old school electro at the end to polish the night off. I'm expecting something very similar on the 27th. That mix was followed by a deadmau5 stream which, I normally wouldn't get excited about the mau5 but the first 30 minutes or so were very impressive, dropping some nice tech-house and minimal type beats before his more recognized tracks.....
