bored the other night, i went to see if 2.1 came out yet. turns out its been out for 3 or 4 weeks now! thanks for the heads up! lol jk.
i'm a big fan of the new dj fx especially the roll out. i mix a lot of hip hop and that effect allows me to jump from any bpm to another. not that i do it all night but i get great crowd response when im mixing around bpm A for a while and then pow i'm at bpm B now.
i know traktor prob had most of these effects years ago but i'm a turntablist and i havent met many that dont use serato. and 90% of effects are useless to me anyway.
but anyway, what features are you guys liking on the new serato?

it REALLY bothers me that i have been working with NI for almost a year trying to help resolve that issue... they keep claiming that the developers in germany are working on it and will have it fixed in the "next release." well we all know how well that's worked out! ;)

for many users there is beep (like the beep your computer makes when an error has occurred) during load of traktor pro. this can happen on a clean install, or via upgrade. i believe the software is looking for an X1 controller or something (even though i have one of those too, mine still does the beep). it's pretty well documented on the NI forums.

hey, looks like sl3 has some updates with this, curious if I should consider upgrading to sl3 or should I not bother wasting the money.
