INCOGNITO pushes the dance music envelope like no other, from deep to techno to house to dub and from DJs usually in their 1st LA appearance. On Friday the 1st of October, INCOGNITO again delivers with the 1st LA Appearance of Stroboscopic Artefacts Label Head, LUCY, and his music that has been called COMPRESSED DUB.
The term compressed dub has been coined by publications for describing Lucy’s label, Stroboscopic Artefacts, the young Berlin-based imprint that has been making waves in the techno community over the past year. Supported by giants of electronic music such as Joris Voorn, Chris Liebing, Dj Hell, Steve Lawler, Derrick May, Laurent Garnier, Agoria, James Holden, John Digweed and more, Lucy is confirmed as one of the most interesting newcomers to the underground scene.
Simply put, expect nothing but amazing cutting edge dance music on this night of techn0, house and compressed dub.

Monad Continuum: A Stroboscopic Artefacts Mix on Resident Adviser
This month's label showcase is a special one. Taking the Monad series as his palette, Stroboscopic Artefacts owner Luca Mortellaro, aka LUCY presents a live, one-take journey through the productions of six distinct producers. With no post-editing and lengthy airings of each track, it's a raw and honest take of this particular series that Mortellaro calls a "slow walking into the SA 'perceptional' world."
