I hope you're joking. No party is worth $300 save for perhaps a two day festival with a campsite and transportation included in that cost. I've learned throughout the years that there's always another party. Then again, if you're so gung ho that you'd make the mission to MTL even though you'll see him play in Toronto . . .

People pay more for concerts where there are thousands of other people and the band plays for 2 hours. That would be totally justifiable IMO. |

And yeah, I wasn't joking.
If I really want to go to a party, I'll do what it takes to go. There was a time where it wasn't uncommon for me to hop on a bus for 7 hours at the last minute, party in Montreal, and head straight back.
But anyways... For real, when are these tickets going on sale?!
Is there a promoter or anyone who could give us some kind of indication as to when they'll be available? Come on! I'm sick of checking the ticket sites every day too! |

Well New Year's is a bit different. Though I stopped going to paying parties a while ago for NYE, just not worth it in my opinion and usually not even as enjoyable.

| On Saturday night when getting ready to go out, there was a live video/audiostream of Richie Hawtin playing. Had it playing for an hour or two and it was a pretty solid set - even more excited to see him in Toronto now. |
