Glow is proud to announce the addition of our newest resident, Pleasurekraft! Made up of Stockholm native Kalle Ronngardh and DC bred, Iranian-American Kaveh Soroush, the two provide another perfect example of how The Internet and music production software (DAWs) have taken music into the 21st century.
Having found each other online (after both releasing tracks separately on Anjunadeep) Kaveh and Kalle began collaborating. One would start a project, email it to the other, who would work on it some more, email it back, etc. Their first release was a remix of Rossell’s “Dancing with Strangers,” about two years ago. It was supported by Pete Tong on the Essential Selection. From there the two collaborated more until they hit it big with the Nic Fanciulli and Sasha & Digweed-supported, Beatport chart-topping ‘Tarantula,’ which hit #1 and spent 10 weeks in the top 10.
We recently had a chance to chat with Kaveh, who will be residing at Glow (as Kalle remains based out of Sweden).
His debut was for Afrojack. He also opened for Sharam and will be opening for Sander K, Steve Duda, Mark Knight, Steve Angello, Axwell, Kaskade and a ton more when we announce the events.

Tarantula was one of my favorite tracks this summer.
I would have loved to see Sander/Pleasurekraft last night at Cielo. Did anyone go see that?
