I know Florida will probably be the last state to ever do anything pro-cannabis so moving to Cali looks better and better by the day. I have yet to visit California myself but everyone I know that goes there falls in love and wants to live there :) seems like such a chill place to live.
My question is, let's say Prop 19 does pass and you have a job where you get drug tested regularly/randomly. If you get tested and they find THC (or actually THC-COOH) will you still get ed over or will that law save your ass? I know under federal law it is still illegal but I'm curious..

Well, since it wouldn't be illegal in the state of California, I'd assume you would be safe within the law. It's up to the employer if they wish to enforce a zero tolerance policy towards any sort of substance abuse.
