Well, true that anyone can do it.
but, not everyone can do it well. picking the right tracks is part of it, but you also have to know how to mix, what songs go together, etc. |

i use Traktor to mix live and stream over the net all the time. Not prerecorded sets, works great!!! i've had people ask where they can buy my "Cd's" lol
Of course i'd rather have some techs but till i can afford them AND the vinyl it won't happen |

truthfully for the people on TA who are gonna mix mp3 is only cause they download mp3 ( most of them I'd say ) not cause they rip

I have read the article..and i think....it's disgusting... The guy how wrote this knows nothing about the DJ CULTURE and electronic music life forms... anyway...

The only Djing I'd do with mp3s in a larger club is with those records that hook up to your puter or something....forgot what it was called.......freakin......
But anyways......you still get the feel of mixing Vinyl and still get to play with the mixer I think.....never tried it......cost to much.......:D |
