please help me how to get this creepy sound. I am talking about the strange bells you can hear on the Resident Evil Main Theme beginning at 0:58
and could you please tell me what kind of sound charlie clouser used on the Resident Evil Extinction Main Theme to replace the sound of the strange bells from the first Resident Evil ? It sounds like some kind of flute ?

The first one sounds like an FM synth of some sort.
FM7 would probably be a good start.

It's just a basic FM bell sound (try 2 sine waves + FM) with some portamento/pitch modulation and delay. Your "hated Virus TI" will make this sound with very little effort.
