it's un mixed and pretty rough atm. but just want to get a general idea of how it is.

you need to be a lot more specific if you expect specific answers. So until then, it sounds like a first attempt.

well I know the drums and percussion are lacking a lot of variety and are pretty stale and bland. but as far as sound choice do you think everything blends relatively well together? It is my first track, and towards the end it does fall apart a bit...

Melody is very basic, the pad is weak, kick has no punch, Wheres the bass line?


My advice is, at your stage of the game, don't stick to one track. Just keep making as many tracks as you can. You usually will learn at least one new technique from every track you do. You sound like you are off to a decent start for a first track. Just keep working at it!

keep doing it, in time you'll get better
