This makes ME feel old at 21.

This French kid, whose alias is Mike Duz or Mike R, has been supported by Laurent Garnier, Reset Robot, Tim Green, Steve Lawler, Guy J, Luca Ricci, Moguai...

Listen to his latest track here.
Check his soundcloud here.
Fan him here.

Just wow.

For someone who is 18+, I would say this is some good work, but for someone who is 13...wow indeed.

I guess we should be expecting good things from this kid in the future.

knowing a few child prodigies, this doesn't always end well ... hopefully he doesn't get totally brainwashed!!

Executive producer? :conf:

Either way, his stuff sounds pretty good. I like (some of it).

Interesting. He might be doing masters or something extra.

Could be. I've never seen the term used in reference to music, to be honest. That could be because I've never really paid attention, but it's a new concept to me either way.

Luca Ricci lists himself as "Executive Producer" on all Aenaria releases I believe.
Shade
Interesting. What does it mean?

Edit: Though it's not necessarily proof one way or another, I looked at several other tracks on Discogs and of those I looked at none had that listed. But again, not being listed on Discogs doesn't mean anything credit-wise.

Luca Ricci owns/runs the Aeanaria group of labels and while I don't think he's involved with the creative process of the tracks that he releases by other artists, he probably does oversee some of the final production.

Whats even more interesting: how does a 13 year old get all his equipment?

warez all over the place, or rich parents...

Jealous? Yes, either way.
