An ambient original I finished recently.

Love it? Hate it? Don't care?

bump (and no, I'm not going to bump more than once)

The tuning for the bass synth that you use (is that the technical term for this? sorry) sounds a bit too aggressive for this kind of a track. Especially around the 2:20 mark.

I loved the stuff around the 4:00 mark creeping into the background. I also liked the snare and that tapping effect (again, sorry don't know the terminology). It had that unpredictable element to it.

Also not gonna lie...around the 2:45 I felt kinda weird listening to this song...like I was tripping on some . I think the way the track was mixed with that aggressive bass caused that.

Well, then I've gotta be doing SOMETHING right. :tongue2:

My only two gripes are, the length and there is nothing really going on. It's 'Ambient' but there is no Ambience.

Yeah, I'll agree with you there. This was a first try for me, so I didn't really add in any fx or anything.

This

but what's there is a pretty solid foundation id say. Perhaps rolloff the topend of those bass notes a bit.
