ok so in ableton i have my clips set at the volume levels that i wanted them to export at but when i go to export some of the clips volumes are much lower than what i originally set them to for example i would have a sweep coming in at a certain point but when i export the track the sweep is at a much lower level to a point where you almost dont hear it come in. another example is i would have my volume and compressor added to my kick drum but when i export it almost sounds like the kick isnt there its just a thump noise like the actual bass isnt kicking. i am exporting at .wav from the master track, sample rate 96000, 32 bit, no dither.. i have tried both normalized on and off..... any suggestions? |

Does it sound the same playing back in live?? try render at a 44110 sample rate 16bit from the master with dither set to its default which is triangular, render as loop off.. Thats my settings.. and disable anything you have on the master channel (if you have anything) and it should come out as you hear it |

No problem.. Aye prob's was that, shouldnt matter what sample rate/bit settings you render at. |

Strange that the dither would cause that.
My advice would be to look into another dithering algorithm though as there's a lot better out there than triangular and rectangular. |
