Hi everyone, myself and a few friends have decided to try our hand at music production. :nervous: We all play some sort of instrument in our spare time, albeit fairly poorly (especially in my case :o). 2 Guitar players, 1 Bass player, and myself Piano. We've been into Trance for years, I got into it when I heard my first Alphazone track nearly a decade ago..

Anyways. I have a track here that is the culmination of the first week or so of work (mostly spent watching FL tutorials  ).

Please, let me know what you think! It's a bit broken up as we slapped a bunch of melodies together to see what we liked and what we don't, but we would love your feedback!

The choir / pad sound is very nice. Mixing not bad! I'd say starting out the hardest part is being able to make the drums n bass grove - so good luck on your journey. Imagine you guys might find the melodic side less stresful what with your musical backgrounds.

I notice you do what all beginners do - it seems like your'e using straight 16th quantise but if you listen to most pros they use some sort of swing - it's vital to get grove and swing so it isn't so robotic.

Good first work though. Here's to your next 100 WIPs¬!
