My neighbors did that at my old place. They were pretty much on call 24/7 any time something broke and every month they had to clean the whole building (including pressure washing the outside and inside halls).

| Having someone live on your property for little or no rent in exchange for maintenance is extremely common. I wouldn't expect the17ssss to get that though. |

Yeah... cuz I don't know what it's like to pay bills. I forgot that I just send my butler to pluck the money tree in my back yard each month to take care of everything.
The article said he misses payments AND works in exchange for rent. So yes, the deadbeat doesn't pay his rent. Who pissed in your cornflakes this morning? :rolleyes: |
