Blair Witch's? Oh ya. I was obsessed with that movie. I almost went to the town as part of my vacation but then realized it would be incredibly boring afterward the 30 minutes it took to check out some of the sites.

ahah yeah! I was on it for days too

I was so scared after the movie, I had to sleep with my bed light on and my radio on for a week at least

Me too. Cloverfield's campaign was pretty good too, but the depth they went to with Blair Witch's was ground breaking. Plus they pulled it off with such a small budget.

Did they have background material too, aside from just the movie?

Side note: I hate how handycam is the new fad. Even a little bit makes me nauseus

Are there supposed to be subtitles? I can only find one that has a significant amount of Spanish!

Edit: I didn't find it to be that comparable to the Blair Witch Project at all. Similar concept in story (i.e. wanting to know about the Blair Witch legend, and wanting to learn about the cannibal tribe). But there was a lot of movie making in this, whereas Blair Witch was ALL what they shot so there were a lot of parts that were missing and left up to your imagination as to what happened.

I found the story here was a bit hard to follow too...or at least hard to follow what the point was. Seemed a bit redundant to me.

INCREDIBLY graphic. Probably one of the most graphic movies I've ever seen, and I'm a huge horror fan. It was actually quite disturbing at parts.

What was so great about Paranormal Activity was the way the boyfriend character was played out to be such a ing douche. You just know they wanted the audience to hate him/want him to die. Predictable, but effective.
