Is this Greatest Hits compilation you're referring to a continuous mix compilation, or is it a collection of unmixed, stand-alone singles?
If it's mixed, it would make perfect sense that it was either edited down from twelve minutes to five, or that it was mixed into late and/or out of early, as 12+ minutes is an awful lot of run-time to dedicate to one track in a mixed CD compilation, especially if the intent is to run up the tracklisting particularly high in order to accommodate the largest number of tracks possible.
Otherwise, just disregard all of this. |

Its not like a bought an old label mixed compilation, these are single, unmixed tracks.
Hell it was a digitial only release, WHY OH WHY did they cut the track short? Its ing madness! |
