Thanks for the kind words. I have worked extremely hard this last year to improve my mixes. So I am flattered you like my mixes. I use ableton live, an apogee duet , a euphonix mix controller and genelecs for monitors. The duet and genelcs are very revealing and have helped me tremendously.
I use third party eq, compressors and filters a lot to achieve the sound I want.
I use all sorts of samples for beats, most of them layered. Pack wise I think I use the run of the mill vengeance and live samples amongst others. Layering, eqing , distortion is key to get an alround better sound for me.
I just hope my hard work pays off and I get a proper break with a well known deep house label but I will be more than happy if I get a chance to do live performances for now.

No dont bother checking my sh1t as the mixes are nothing like as good as yours but I'm usinmg yours as a reference right this moment!
