No, they didn't... If theyb would make a remix it would be titled "Robert Miles - Children (4 Clubbers 2002 remix)" or something like that.
What they've done is a cover version, and for those you don't need permission of the artist. |

| It's Miles's tune so they must have his permission, the only thing I can think of to explain the name (and this is an extremely wild guess) is that they didn't use enough of the original track for it to be counted as a remix or something?? But they used enough for it to be recognised so who knows. I dunno, best waiting for somebody who knows about the music industry to explain :) |
