1 week till the election: Democrat voter fraud in full force
View this Thread in Original format

The unscrupulous Obama-bots are already out there starting their "ends justify the means" tactics at the polls. Look at this wonderful cornucopia of things that coincidentally benefit Democrats across the board:

1) Colorado: Union offshoot (SEIU) arm "Mi Familia Vota" turns in 6,000 fake Democrat voter registrations.

quote:
A federal judge declined to force the secretary of state to reactivate approximately 6,000 new voters whose registrations were canceled under Colorado’s 20-day rule.

In a decision issued Monday, Senior U.S. District Judge John L. Kane denied a motion for a preliminary injunction that was requested by several labor and voting-rights groups.

When a new voter registers in Colorado, the secretary of state mails a nonforwardable notice of disposition that the voter’s registration has been received. If the notice comes back undeliverable in the mail, then clerks deem the voter’s registration inactive within 20 days.

Melody Mirbaba, an assistant attorney general, argued that the 20-day rule is designed to stop voter fraud and duplicate registrations.

2) Arizona: Mi Familia Vota strikes again- submits over 20,000 new voter registrations, 65% found to be fraudulent!

quote:
The Yuma Sun is reporting that two organizations — Mi Familia Vota and One Vote Arizona — submitted more than 3000 voter registrations in Yuma County, and more than 20,000 voters statewide. Even more, they have signed up 43,000 people statewide for the permanent early voter list.

What they didn’t tell you is that voter fraud on a massive scale could be taking place, ostensibly to help Raul Grijalva keep the congressional seat he holds by stealing the election.

Here’s what the article doesn’t tell you, by a source in the Yuma County Recorder’s Office:

These 3000 voter registration forms were all dropped off at once by the one group on the deadline to turn in voter registration forms. Almost all of the registrations were for the Democratic Party, a statistical improbability at best.

Today, these same 3000 newly registered voters — as a group — had papers dropped off at the Yuma Recorder’s office requesting to be signed up for the permanent early voters list… which means the ballots will be mailed early, with no accountability.

The Yuma Recorder’s office is checking the voter registration forms and have found that already more than 65% of them are invalid due to the registrant not being a citizen, wrong/invalid address, false signature, etc. Mi Familia Vota is a wholly-owned SEIU sub-organization. It is just as “non-partisan” as ACORN was before documented fraudulent behaviors finally killed it.

3) Texas: SEIU (union) member running the group "Houston Votes" caught registering nearly 25,000 fraudulent voters.

quote:
Most of the findings focused on a group called Houston Votes, a voter registration group headed by Steve Caddle, who also works for the Service Employees International Union. Among the findings were that only 1,793 of the 25,000 registrations the group submitted appeared to be valid. The other registrations included one of a woman who registered six times in the same day; registrations of non-citizens; so many applications from one Houston Voters collector in one day that it was deemed to be beyond human capability; and 1,597 registrations that named the same person multiple times, often with different signatures.

Caddle told local newspapers that there "had been mistakes made," and he said he had fired 30 workers for filing defective voter registration applications. He could not be reached for this article.

4) New Jersey: Democrat councilman holds "signature parties" to create fraudulent ballots".

quote:
ATLANTIC CITY — Ten people in New Jersey have rejected plea deals and will stand trial on ballot fraud charges.

Atlantic City Councilman Marty Small and the others told a judge on Monday they knew they risked long prison sentences if they're convicted.

Prosecutors said "autograph parties" were held in which absentee ballots were steamed open and replaced or destroyed.

The charges stem from Small's failed primary bid to seek the Democratic nomination for mayor in 2009. Incumbent Lorenzo Langford beat Small and a third candidate.

Under terms of the plea deal, Small was offered a sentence that likely would have had him out of prison after a year and a half. Small was acquitted of similar charges two years ago and he has said he will fight the latest charges.

5) Washington State: SEIU and Illegal Alien supporting "OneAmerica Votes" sending illegal alien canvassers out to drum up votes:

quote:
When Maria Gianni is knocking on voters’ doors, she’s not bashful about telling people she is in the country illegally.

She knows it’s a risk to advertise this fact to strangers — but it’s one worth taking in what she sees as a crucial election.

The 42-year-old is one of dozens of volunteers — many of them illegal immigrants — canvassing neighborhoods in the Seattle area trying to get naturalized citizens to cast a ballot for candidates like Democratic Sen. Patty Murray, who is in a neck-and-neck race with Republican Dino Rossi.

Pramila Jayapal, head of OneAmerica Votes, says the campaign is about empowering immigrants who may not feel like they can contribute to a campaign because they can’t vote.

“Immigrants really do matter,” Jayapal said. “If we can’t vote ourselves, we’re gonna knock on doors or get family members to vote.”

6) Florida: Absentee ballot fraud from inside a city commissioner's office:

quote:
When police raided Daytona Beach City Commissioner Derrick Henry’s office this week and seized his computer, they say they discovered evidence of what election experts say has become a rampant, largely ignored and troubling issue in Florida — the widespread abuse of absentee ballots.

Police say Henry’s computer was used to obtain dozens of absentee ballots prior to the city’s Aug. 24 elections, in which he was re-elected.

The Daytona Beach probe started when an elections supervisor noticed that as many as 90 absentee ballots had been requested from two e-mail addresses, and that they came from a single computer. (It is illegal in Florida for anyone other than a family member to help in requesting an absentee ballot.)

Volusia County Election Supervisor Ann McFall said she grew suspicious “because 40 requests arrived in one batch on the night of Aug. 6, and another 15 the next day....

7) New York: ACORN-tied "Working Families Party" implicated in absentee ballot scheme:

quote:
There are various allegations of possible voter fraud across the country, against both parties, but nowhere does there seem to be a more unusual case than in Troy, New York.

A special prosecutor investigating allegations of voter fraud, Trey Smith, is collecting DNA from the majority of the city council…all Democrats. Five city councilmen, including the council president, as well as four other city and county public officials and political operatives, have been ordered to or have had their saliva swabbed for DNA samples to compare to absentee ballots and absentee ballot applications that were allegedly forged.

The investigation centers on what has been called “a massive voter fraud scheme,” that involved absentee ballots for the Working Families Party, in September 2009. It has been alleged that Democrats tried to steal the primary election for city council and county legislature, by forging absentee ballots and ballot applications to ensure that their candidates also won the Working Families Party primary line.

‘No comment,” is what Democratic Council member Gary Galuski told us, as well as several other public officials who are under investigation.

8) Illinois: Soldiers from 35 counties don't receive ballots, prisoners get them hand delivered. Election officials then caught lying about military ballot delays:

9) Nevada: Voting machines checking Harry Reid's name prior to votes being cast. SEIU union members are technicians for said machines.

A)
quote:
LAS VEGAS -- Some voters in Boulder City complained on Monday that their ballot had been cast before they went to the polls, raising questions about Clark County's electronic voting machines.

Voter Joyce Ferrara said when they went to vote for Republican Sharron Angle, her Democratic opponent, Sen. Harry Reid's name was already checked.

Ferrara said she wasn't alone in her voting experience. She said her husband and several others voting at the same time all had the same thing happen.

"Something's not right," Ferrara said. "One person that's a fluke. Two, that's strange. But several within a five minute period of time -- that's wrong."

B)
quote:
Two days ago, the Democratic Secretary of State announced that voters can be provided "free food" at "voter turnout events." Harry Reid has been offering free food and, according to other reports, some Democratic allies such as teachers' unions are offering gift cards in return for a vote for Reid.

Before we were even able to document the reported infractions to report to the authorities, the Democrat Secretary of State slammed the door shut on preventing this behavior....

What Harry Reid is doing is clearly illegal. Nevada law (NRS 293.700) provides that, “A person who bribes, offers to bribe, or use and other corrupt means, directly or indirectly, to influence any elector in giving his or her vote or to deter the elector from giving it is guilty of a category D felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130.”

We've seen evidence of this sort of voter 'enticement' by groups such as ACORN - where, in 2008, two ACORN workers in Milwaukee were accused of offering pre-paid gasoline cards or restaurant gift cards to people in exchange for registration.

10) North Carolina:

quote:
A Craven County voter says he had a near miss at the polls on Thursday when an electronic voting machine completed his straight-party ticket for the opposite of what he intended.

Sam Laughinghouse of New Bern said he pushed the button to vote Republican in all races, but the voting machine screen displayed a ballot with all Democrats checked. He cleared the screen and tried again with the same result, he said. Then he asked for and received help from election staff.

“They pushed it twice and the same thing happened,” Laughinghouse said. “That was four times in a row. The fifth time they pushed it and the Republicans came up and I voted.”

M. Ray Wood, Craven County Board of elections chairman, issued a written statement saying that the elections board is aware of isolated issues and that in each case the voter was able to cast his or her ballot as desired.

11) Ohio: Cincinnati Public Schools take students to polls to vote Democrat, take them for ice cream afterwards.

quote:
Three van loads of Hughes High students were taken last week – during school hours – to vote and given sample ballots only for Democratic candidates and then taken for ice cream, a Monday lawsuit alleged.

The suit alleges three van loads of Hughes High students arrived at the Downtown Board of Elections offices at 1 p.m. Wednesday, supervised by a school employee. School lets out at 3:15 p.m.

The complaint was made by Thomas Brinkman Jr., a Republican candidate for Hamilton County auditor, and the Coalition Opposed to Additional Spending & Taxes against Cincinnati Public Schools.

“They plan to bring four more high schools (to vote) this week,” Christopher Finney, COAST attorney, said Monday after filing the suit.

When they got out of the vans, the students, the suit alleges, also were accompanied by adults who appeared to be campaign workers or supporters for U.S. Rep. Steve Driehaus, D-West Price Hill, the congressman being challenged this fall by Steve Chabot. When the students got out of the vans, the suit alleges they were given sample ballots containing only Democratic candidates.

“We want these kids to vote,” Finney said. “I’m not sure them being bussed during the school day is a good thing, but that’s not the thrust of the suit. If they had fair sample ballots or no sample ballots it would be different.”

12) And....from the "crackerjack timing" files, just in time for the election.... Obama buys off the Indian vote with $680 million in taxpayer funded reparations:

quote:
The Obama administration agreed Tuesday to pay up to $680 million to American Indian farmers to settle an 11-year-old class-action lawsuit alleging discrimination by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack, who took office promising to address longstanding complaints by minority farmers against the department, said eligible farmers and ranchers can receive up to $250,000 each for showing that USDA discrimination caused them economic losses. However, most farmers will probably opt for a uniform $50,000 payment, which involves less red tape.

In the class-action suit, American Indian farmers allege that USDA bureaucrats denied them the low-interest rate loans given to white farmers between 1981 and 2007.

Saul Alinsky. Rules For Radicals. Obama's mentor and designer of the tactics being used right now by his legion of zombies with their hands out to "get theirs".

Let's also talk about our petulant man-child of a president who declared himself the great unifier while campaigning. Never has a U.S. president spoken so divisively and pitted "aggrieved" groups against each other like this. Class warfare, racial politics... he's out of control and in full Saul Alinsky mode. Here's the latest sample of the incendiary rhetoric our Divider-In-Chief dished out today:

quote:
If Latinos sit out the election instead of saying, "We’re gonna punish our enemies and we’re gonna reward our friends who stand with us on issues that are important to us," if they don’t see that kind of upsurge in voting in this election, then I think it’s gonna be harder and that’s why I think it’s so important that people focus on voting on November 2.

You got that? You're an enemy of the State if you want sealed borders and only legal citizens voting; he specifically went on to single out McCain for supporting strict border enforcement (which is a joke in itself since McCain is only taking that stance now that his ass is on the line... but I digress).

Who are the "enemies"? You 70% of the country who support Arizona's law to enforce the Federal law already on the books that they won't enforce are the enemies. Who are the "friends" seeking to be rewarded? It can't be millions of Latino voters who would reliably vote Democrat if granted Amnesty, would it? Obama was essentially advising the Latino voting bloc to hang together and trade their votes for rewards (amnesty) from the ruling class... at the working taxpayer's expense. This racial divisiveness spewing from the Great Unifier's lips is like nothing I've ever seen from someone in his position.
Comrade Stalin
In Wake County, N.C., elections officials have received a couple dozen complaints about intimidating Republican poll watchers at early voting locations.

The offending observers have reportedly stood behind the registration table (where they're not allowed) and taken pictures of the license plates of voters using curbside voting (also illegal), according to the director of the Wake County elections board. In other cases, director Cherie Poucher said, it's been a matter of voters finding normal, legal observing activities intimidating.

If this is true I hope those poll workers were black, wearing military clothing and jackboots, carrying clubs, and talking out loud about killing Whitey... this way the Department of Justice will completely ignore it like they did the Black Panthers voter intimidation case in 2008 in Philly :p

On another note, here is today's Democrat voter fraud update:

Yesterday, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals reversed a 2004 law in Arizona saying you must present a photo I.D. before voting. Just in time for the election, in a state with massive illegal alien populations. How convenient. You need to present a photo I.D. to buy Sudafedrin in Walgreens, but not to vote.
