i just discovered jay, i have been reading a few his interviews and such online, and he seems like the total opposite of what you would expect from a house producer. So far i checked through all of his records on beatport, and they all have this level of quality that is hard to describe but is totally different from most of the stuff that is being put out today, and the fact that he was homeless at one point just makes him that much more dare i say interesting, yet i never really see him being talked about on forums or ever being mentioned among the house elite..
also if you never heard of him check out his alias pony, which is his more "housy" alias.

At first I was like who the is ''jay haze''? So I listened to the tracks on beatport. I only did the first page. Yawn. There are 8 more pages but if there is no tracks in the first page worthy of my attention I just don't care about delving deep into ''jays'' discography. Life is too short to waste listening to ''jay haze'' records. In his defense I probably have heard worse music than that but I can only give him 4 out of 10. That is hardly underrated. I mean you got to be ting me... this guy gets interviews? There are better producers on this board!

hes not afraid to speak his mind, dance music needs more people like him.
although i disagreed with the holden comment, i liked it when he said he sat next to paul van dyk at the airport and didnt say a thing because he dislikes his music. :toocool:
