Hey I was wondering how i could make the sound at 8:43 that dusty kid has in this song. The sound is very wide and sound like an electric whip or something. could greatly use some advice. thanks!

Note pattern something like this:
Use a Tb-303 (or something like it)set to sawtooth waves and a low pass filter with a ping pong delay.

I would say that the filters resonance is fairly high (40% maybe) and the cutoff frequency is fairly low (15-20%)
I'm sure I can hear some FM in that sound too
