UpbeatMusic
Heading up our next release is Christian Geest from Utrecht in The Netherlands under his Anoikis guise, after remixing fellow Upbeat artists Martin Everson & B. Prime earlier this year.

Support includes:
Ernesto vs. Bastian, M.I.K.E, Roger Shah, Fast Distance, Dazzle, Lee Haslam, Manuel le Saux, Haris C, Suzy Solar, Mr Sam, Indecent Noise, Michael Angelo, Sasha da Link, Ex-Driver, Simon Bostock, Robert Gitelman, Sean Truby, Karybde & Scylla, Yaz, David Stolk, Ian Buff, Dimitri Kechagias & more.

Featuring a sharp bass rhythm, sparkling clear melody and striking lead elements, the original mix is perfectly layered with emotional key changes and glowing pads under a searing synth which develop into a mighty crescendo to light up the air.

First to take the remix reigns is Proyal from Tehran. On the back of a series of top remixes last year, Proyal is currently refining his sound working with Andy Blueman and running an independent radio show. With a defining and chunky kick drum, twisted bass stabs and an epic drop, the Proyal remix is built on top of a crisp build and striking lead piano notes.

A headline artist from Upbeat since the early days, the production rise of Karachi-based Shaun Ansari has been a success story in itself with support on his originals and remixes from Above & Beyond, M.I.K.E, Pedro del Mar, Manuel le Saux, Ernesto vs. Bastian, Jon O'Bir, Kuffdam and Mark Pledger to name but a few. Here, Shaun throws down another storming remix with deep thumping bass melodies and chiming leads along with soft breakdown elements and a solid build up to return to the beautiful emotional character of the original.

Also returning to Upbeat after remixing Shaun Ansari 'M' with fellow trance stalwart ReOrder, we welcome back Dave Deen, whose forthcoming original 'Journeyman' has already gone down a storm with the A list players. This time Dave blends together keen, wet basslines and a rising filtered synth melody with simple piano strikes and low pads to build atmosphere and lead the original melody into different territory.

Finally, new kid on the block Ally Brown steps up to the plate. Here, Ally polishes off the release package supremely with a percussive and techy interpretation of the original mix which combines the blissfully serene with the dark and simply stomping.
