So is it just me or are there an inordinate amount of ing weirdos that work at the Veterinarian's office? People and their pets are bad enough (ahem! like me).... but man. Spending time in there gets downright spooky. I have a woman that works at my vet who is obsessed with my cat, and holds him like a baby when I bring him in, and starts saying all starry eyed, "Alonso... I love you. I love you" in that baby-talk voice like she's talking to her own child. Poor guy looks terrified. It's ing creepy.
Anyone else deal with stuff like this? |

As I said, I never spend any time in the waiting room or dealing with much of the staff except they vet herself and maybe one desk person and one technician. They all seem pretty sane, though occasional they do use the baby voice to try to calm down the cats while they do something unpleasant to them. But I use that voice myself when talking to my cats occasionally, so I'm not one to judge :p
Though, to be fair, I'm definitely a crazy pet person :( |

My vet is a ing dumbass.
I brought my dog in to have his nuts chopped off and the vet kept insisting my dog was female.
It took several glances at my dog's penis for the vet to realize he was a male.
:wtf: |

The vets around here are all cunts.
In Australia, vets are supposed to treat native animals for free, by law. They get reimbursed by the government for it. We've taken in quite a few sick and/or injured animals/birds over the last few years, and nearly every time, it's the same ing thing. "We're too busy - We'll just put it down. Don't worry, it won't feel any pain" :wtf: Made quite a few complaints about one of the clinics here, so they're super overly nice to us now. Pricks. |

haha... my vet is a douche. His name is Dr. Schoolmeester and it looks like he's never been laid in his life. Like 6 months ago my cat overestimated his jump distance on a ledge at the top of the stairs, and ended up falling down the stairwell. 15 minutes later he was pissing blood so I took him in... the people were like "what happened!?" so I started telling the story. As I was explaining I started to realize that it sounded like a phony "dog at my homework" story. My cat was still scared from what happened and would put his ears back and shake when I tried to touch him... I could tell they were looking at me like I was covering up the "real" story which was that I beat the out of him or something. I don't even like going in there now because sometimes I get "the look". |

the vet i had was a really really old guy like 60+ and he had both hands really distorted out of place (from age?) he reminded me of:
and i hated going to get shots for my cat bc she would get super nervous and start shedding chunks of hair on the table. he would then (somehow) grab her from the top and barely holding the needle- he would give her the shots but since his hands were ed up, it was like he had ty aim so he would just stab her with it & she would hiss and try to run away. the dude was nice, but he should retire lol

Try going to the zoo. Me and yukii went to the local zoo for a day, and I don't want to be mean, but this heavy set girl with braces, kind of like that American Idol crying girl, started hovering over us and then started talking to us about the wolves (because we were looking at them), and she had names for them, and was talking to us as if they were humans. She was like a zoo volunteer or some . We said, "ok, nice talking to you, bye". And then a few minute later, we're looking at the elephants, and bam, she 'walks by', and starts talking about the elephants. I'm like...WTF...:nervous: |
