I've heard good reviews on Hakim, haven't had the chance to see him.
For Locals...Most Def: Creator, Ostrich is Really Solid as well. |

list goes on. People can bash Red Lite but it's not the music there. Mark Anthony and Cesar Romero are all stellar, Scott Free as well.
Also Maher and Joubin, few other locals that come to mind |
