I agree - Ali was not connecting with the crowd at first. He played some songs that I wanted to hear so that was good. He turned it around though and saved himself. I didn't have it in me to stay for Lee Burridge - my loss.

What, no other reviews?? Pfft, you guys are lame!
Here's my summary of the night.
Ali from Tiefschwarz built up the energy level rather nicely. It took
him a little bit, but he found his comfort zone in the house-y terrain.
Nevertheless, a great warm-up for Lee. It's always a pleasure hearing
Lee find his groove, which he did almost immediately. He zoned in and
proceeded to drop some serious tunage! Keepin' it dark, trippy, filthy
and driving the entire way through. My legs received quite a beat-down
that night, but I had an ear-to-ear smile the whole evening. I left
around 8am and the club was still pretty busy.
Definitely one of the best sets I've heard from Lee since my first visit
to Stereo in 2003. Big up, Lee! Let's not hope we have to wait too long
for your return in that booth.
