| Where can you buy the two-disc version legally in MP3 or in it's physical form (I'm not paying $50+ on discogs)? |

| If you're not willing to pay $50+ on Discogs, good luck. |

Why isn't this album available as an MP3 download like everything else is? |

| Because sometimes, in life, you can't always get what you want. |

Because it's out of print. |

Really, you may as well pirate it. It's not like Sasha, Diggers or any of the artists see a penny of that $50 you'd pay for a second hand copy. The digipack is quite nice, but it really isn't worth the money just to own it in physical format.
And I say that as someone who does own the double-disc version. |

| In all seriousness, it's definitely worth it. I found it for $55 maybe 9 months ago on Amazon in VG/EX condition and I'm glad I bought it. Check discogs, amazon, ebay, etc. And possibly used stores, since you never know what you'll find in a second hand bin. |

I got mine at a second hand store in London, back in 2000, for 10 quid. Score! |
