It depends on who is listening to the mix, as always. Someone who's never heard prog breaks before will find it fresh. Someone who hasn't heard prog breaks since 2004 will probably think it's a nice return to the style.

I'd say that I fall pretty much right in between these two. It's not like I hadn't heard some of these tracks many times before, but a big number of them were completely new to me. I've never digged deep into the genre, so overexposure is certainly not a factor for me.

It's moments like this that I'm thankful that I didn't overexpose myself to these, because as old and familiar these tracks may be to most of you, they still smell oh so fresh to me.

Sometimes ignorance is bliss :)

awesome set - love going back in time to the future. Thanks for the prog treats!

I forgot to mention that I listened to this and really enjoyed it. It was pretty funny to me hearing the Hebrew vocals on the third track. I'm going to listen again and provide some more detailed comments since this mix deserves it.

I like your tracklist! I remember playing prog breaks back in the day too. All the Hooj stuff was so deadly. I think I need to go digging through some crates and remember. Dling now.

Definitely liked what I heard, here. I'm not exactly sure how this set corresponds with a creative identity crisis but I imagine there's some factors in your thinking I couldn't possibly be aware of and it will be interesting to hear your next production when you do sort it out. Personally, I tended to like the songs in the beginning rather than the end, as they seemed to have a somewhat elemental mystique to them where-as the music, towards the end, while no less qualitative, seemed a little more algorithmically clinical which almost dissipated the tension as the set progressed.

Still, I definitely enjoyed it, throughout. Really nice work on this. The mixing, itself, was utterly flawless.

Wasn't that trolling and being a smartass on the TA boards?

My hard drive died, and i downloaded this set and loved it, however i'm looking for a mix of yours it's breaks, but i can't find it. The only track i remember is momu - one. I hope you can help because that is just one of my favorite mixes.
