I guess what I'm after is a nice midi drum editor in logic which there isnt one unless you use hyper editor.

Its usable and prob what I will be using, but its not quite a drum editor.

When you say piano roll, do you mean regions?

no, I mean like the actual GUI, there are only 2 things you can change and that is the background colour of both the piano roll and the arrange screen.

exs24 is great for me. I use to use battery but just got really tired of it.
