I can't focus on anything. Every time I sit down to do something I can't focus. Wait. is that a banner for South University? I was wondering about getting my degree completed. Oh. Where was I? Oh yeah. So, I have this document I have to submit by tomorrow but I'm not even 50% through. Hm. I wonder, maybe if I get a bigger monitor, I'd be able to wokr more efficiently. Let's see what Best Buy has on sale today. Damn. Why am I here? I need to finish my document. . . . Let me write an outline for what I wanna write using a mind-mapping software. Crap. I need to get an eval of that. Let's google it. . my paper.

HOLLY ING . I'm so ADD. I don't know what to do. What's worse I have days when I spend entire day doing something but accomplishing 0. Is it ADD or just a nature of today's world? being multi-tasking, unfocused, distracted?
. I need ritalin. wonder what the side effects are.

| Whether you have ADD or not, many people gain an advantage from it. The only way to find out if it works for you is to try it. If it does, the challenge then is getting a doctor to give it to you as it's one of the most abused Rxs out there, and much more scrutinized for people beyond their teens. |

| You know, I get distracted a lot too. It's something that you have to overcome. I generally think ADD is baloney. |
