I use CDRcue for my .cue files. It kicks ass (once you've cracked it ;) )

I do the same thing as you! That program is awesome! Everything's point-and-click easy! Just read the manual and it explains everything you need to know!

One problem: Even though it's possible to get Frame (1 75th/second) accuracy with this program, it's VERY hard. I use Goldwave to do this. I put the cursor at the exact place I want to put teh track mark, get the time (in Decimal form, so it looks like this: 23:42.500), convert the decimal to Frame by multiplying only the decimal part (.500) by 0.75. There goes my Frame value. I put the whole time (23:42:37) in the CUE file for a track mark. DONE!

Anyone have any idea how to use .cue files in OS X?
trance_a_holik
this takes soo much ing hd space. why is it that you can't burn a cue file as an .mp3? And the .wav has too be included in the file?
(e.g)"101-va-dj_tiesto-nyana-cd1-2003-esc.wav" WAVE. The .wav at the end has to be included right?

dude i dont change it to .wav i leave it as it is and it still works...just use the wizard and drag the file u want to the other side after that has done do the burn image..will work fine
Inertia
hey, you sure it has to be a .wav ? ive seen people burn
MP3s with cues lots of times...

btw, nero always crashed when i load cues, i jist enter the split times manually...
trance_a_holik
i think it's better if you use .wav. less chance of crashing, better quality, but all the time wasting decoding it to .wav.

u dont have to convert to .wav
nero does it automatically when u burn it

nero takes awhile to load the cue sheet especially if u have a slow processor and/or low RAM. just be patient and ignore the (not responding) signs

hm for some reason when I try loading the cue file from nero, it just sits there and ends up freezing. I waited for a while so I know it's not just taking a longer time. I tried using CDRWIN but it ended up burning the cd with all hiss, so no sound is heard except for the hiss...

Anybody know a solution to this or know of another program that will burn cue files for the audio cd?
