Track of mine is getting some Major Label Attention, Feedback?

Hey everyone, here is a link to a production i sent off to some labels. Seems i have gotten some good feedback from some very established record labels such as Club Elite (Armada), and Alter Ego Records (Waiting on Club Elite for the final okay, and in all honesty i hope they sign it, all Im waiting for is the okay from Mike Push). Hmm its a pretty standard length breakdown. 1 Min with pads and chords, and then a beat comes back in to get things moving again. Then small break to build up to the main idea. all and all its about 2 and a half min.

Out of interest how do you specify whats the break and what isnt? Is it the period where the kick drum has vanished?
The tune sounded very well made and has the sort of confidence about itself: That kinda feeling of, after any fill or swoosh something new will happen the otherside and worth having that transistion for and the arrangement will move you on with it.
I can understand why it would attract interest :) |
