Can any DAW auto adjust tempo according to midi notes ?

Often I play and record with inspiration
And in the song, I change tempo few times, also with inspiration
So lately, how can I adjust tempo when it comes to Drums Basses and evr. else
What is the best way to do it ?
Can any DAW auto adjust tempo according to midi notes ?
For example FL can adjust tempo according to audio file
It would be nice if it can be adjusted according to midi notes |

| wow i was about to make the same thread sort of. i have this midi file from a nintendo game which does not follow the time-code of my project and i wonder if i can stretch it or something. cant find out. |

in fl studio for audio file left click on the arrow that is on the upper left corner and "fit to tempo" you choose the bpm ratio you feel the track is and it autodetects the tempo (most times is right however you may have to adjust it manually) and it restrecht the pattern.
For midi when you import it the tempo of the project changes to the midi tempo, if you don't want to make the track on that bpm you can change it and when it's done a window will pop up "Restrecht all channels to fit to tempo?" Click yes and... done. |
